We use only the freshest ingredients, organic where possible, sourced from local suppliers and producers. | Breakfast Breakfast is served between 8.00 and 10.00 a.m. The breakfast menu is varied, and each breakfast is cooked to order using only the freshest produce from local suppliers along with our own homemade breads.

Picnic lunches can also be prepared on request. |  | Dinner Dinner in the evening is prepared by Sinéad, Tony & Ita's daughter and a graduate of the Ballymaloe Cookery School. Dinner is served in the dining room from 7.30 p.m most evenings, and the offering each night is a 3 course set menu, which varies daily and seasonally. Advance reservation for dinner on your night of arrival is required. Special dietary requirements can also be catered for with advance notice. A lighter 2-course option can also be provided on request.
