Dinner

DinnerDinner in the evening is prepared by Sinéad, Tony & Ita's daughter and a graduate of the Ballymaloe Cookery School.

Dinner is served in the dining room from 7.30 p.m most evenings, and the offering each night is a 3 course set menu, which varies daily and seasonally. Advance reservation for dinner on your night of arrival is required. Special dietary requirements can also be catered for with advance notice.

A lighter 2-course option can also be provided on request.
